We offer 1-TO-1 exchange in 2 days (from received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to [email protected]. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 15 working days.
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.
Shipping and Delivery
For the sake of prompt deliveries, we will use multiple courier services companies such as Poslaju, Citylink, GDEX, DHL or any other courier services. Customers will receive related information regarding their orders as to the courier service used, tracking numbers and time of delivery.
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 2 – 5 working days via CITYLINK
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
Enjoy free delivery/shipping for orders above RM9000.00 in a single order/ receipt. Orders outside of Peninsular Malaysia (e.g. Sabah/Sarawak/Brunei) is not eligible to FREE SHIPPING.
Passage and Acceptance of Risk
Customers’ purchased items from our Company will be packed according to the compliance of the minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. Because our delivery of the customer’s purchased item is through the courier service company that constitutes delivery of the item to the customer, the risk of loss or damage shall be passed on to you at the time we deliver your purchased item to the courier company. Any claim you may have regarding damage to the item during shipping or delivery should be made directly to the courier. Any claims against the Company for shortage or damage occurring prior to our delivery of the item to the courier must be made within five (5) days after your receipt of the goods and must be accompanied by an original transportation bill signed by the courier noting that the courier received the goods from the Company in the condition claimed.
We are charging RM20 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 - RM90 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia.
