1.        Shipping Policy

 

Ships Time

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 2 – 5 working days via Poslaju / SKYNET.

 

Shipping Coverage

Orders are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

 

Shipping Cost

Enjoy free delivery/shipping for orders above RM2000.00 in a single order/ receipt. Orders outside of Peninsular Malaysia (e.g. Sabah/Sarawak/Brunei) is not eligible to FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping Cost

We are charging RM20 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 - RM90 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia.

 

 

 

2.        Refund Policy

 

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.


 

3.        Return Policy

 

We offer 1-TO-1 exchange in 7 days (from received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to jaya.intrabumi@gmail.com. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 15 working days.

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:

4.      Lost, Late, Held or Damaged Packages

 

The actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Droneskaki's control once it leaves our facilities. Droneskaki cannot be held liable for lost, late, held or damaged packages. We are not responsible for deliver errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from reputable 3rd party courier company along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by/ between you and the courier service company.
